Email Message Wrapping Issue

On devices where the screen is not big enough to accommodate the email message in one line, the message does not wrap properly to the next line, sample is shown below:

Solution

 

  1. Go to Payment Center Settings tab, then click Customize Invoice button.

  2. In the window that pops up, click Advance Edit. This will bring you to the template editor.

  3. Search for all occurrences of white-space: pre and replace it with white-space: pre-wrap, as shown below:

  4. Click Save.

  5. Result will look something like this:

Note: You may also want to do the same thing with your payment receipt template. Go to Payment Center Settings tab, then click Payment Receipt button. Follow the above steps.
