Enforce to Scroll through on Terms and Conditions

To ensure that customers read through the terms and conditions prior to accepting the Terms and Conditions, with this new feature customers will be forced to scroll through the entire agreement before they can enter their E-Signature or agree with the Terms and Conditions.

Enabling Enforce to Scroll Through on Terms and Conditions

To enable this feature, go to  Payment Center Settings.  Click the Terms and Conditions button. Select ‘Enter entire text’ option then enter or paste your Terms and Conditions in the Rich Text area provided.

In the payment page, customers have to scroll through the entire Terms & Conditions before they are able to enter their E-signature. Otherwise, the e-signature box will be grayed out.

If electronic signature is disabled, customers will not be able to tick on the checkbox unless they have read the entire terms and conditions.

Once customer has completed reading through the terms, checkbox will be enabled.
