Display Payment Type Selection

When charging a credit card, you can either do a direct charge or an authorization to be captured later. Normally most companies select one type, i.e charge or authorization, and that applies to all their credit card transactions. This is done by setting Payment Type in settings:

If you want to be able to select payment type during payment itself, there is a flag called Display Payment Type Selection in Payment Center Settings.

When that is checked, a dropdown will display on the payment pages so you can select the payment type:
