Error: Payment Center Settings has not been setup, please go to Payment Center Settings Tab and click the button to add Settings.

The error "Payment Center Settings has not been setup, please go to Payment Center Settings Tab and click the button to add Settings." usually occurs when the user doesn't have proper access to Payment Center components. To prevent this error, check with your System Admin if you have permissions to access Payment Center objects and components.
