Kulturra.com ACH Payments

Kulturra.com now accepts ACH payments for your app subscriptions. With ACH payments we need to get your authorization, and we need to verify that you’re the owner of the account. The entire process takes about 3-4 business days to complete.

First you will receive an email from us asking for your account number and your authorization. Here’s a sample email: (PLEASE NOTE: all screenshots are from our test company “Booksellers” so actual emails and screenshots won’t look exactly the same when you receive them):

Click on Bank Authorization Form to enter your account number:

NOTE: BANK ABA CODE is also known as the bank routing number.

After you submit the authorization, we will make two micro-deposits to your account. The deposits will appear on your account within 3-4 business days. They will look similar to this:

You will also receive an email from us allowing you to verify the deposits:

When you receive the deposits, go to the email and enter them as they appear, and in the order they were deposited, on your bank account:

Click Submit.

If you get the “success” message, that means we verified that you are the owner of the account and you have authorized us to use the account on future payments.
