In previous versions of Payment Center before the Spring 2024 Release, if you are using NMI as processor and a customer submits an eCheck payment, the customer's name does not appear in NMI portal.

Following the latest release, when a user initiates an eCheck payment and inputs the Name on Account, the NMI portal will now display the customer's name as entered by the user in the Name on Account field.
