Refund Error
If you are getting an error “Payment failed with the following reason: The referenced transaction does not meet the criteria for issuing a credit“(as shown in the image below) when trying to process a refund, that error message is coming from your payment processor and not from Payment Center. The error occurs because your processor cannot refund it. It is unable to refund because the payment was not yet “settled”. In this case, you can try voiding the payment instead of a refund.
