Why wrong Payment Profile appears for a specific user?

This issue usually occurs when a single Account is linked to multiple unrelated Contacts.

To fix the issue, you can enable Display Profile By Contact (strict) in your Payment Center Settings (you may need to expose this field if not visible in your page layout). With this flag enabled and ensuring that Contact is specified in the Invoice, the users will only see payment profiles related to the Contact.
