Converting Quote to Invoice from Process Builder

Payment Center provides a button to convert a quote to an invoice. That works for most, but what if you wanted to automatically convert the quote to an invoice when certain events happen, like when a quote is approved for example? With Process Builder, now you can.

First you create your process on the Quote object:

Then enter your conditions:

In the Immediate Actions, call the class fw2__SFQuoteToInvoice:

Activate your process and that should be it!
