Dogtopia - Enrollment Plan not Charging

Enrollment plans may fail to charge weekly or monthly if the invoice date has been set to a past date.

Issue: If a customer encounters an enrollment plan that isn't charging weekly or monthly.
Root Cause: The invoice date was changed to a past date, causing this issue to appear when accessing the Recurring Invoice record.

Resolution: 

  1. Go to the Recurring Invoice record.
    From Enrollment Plan record -> Right side click Recurring Invoice

  1. Update the Billing Period Start Date and Billing Period End Date to the following week for weekly plans or the following month for monthly plans then hit save.

  1. The enrollment plan will now charge on the next Next Invoice Date from the Recurring Invoice record.
