Issue: Customers are experiencing time-out issues causing the terminal not to receive a response back from the payment processor (Hybrid Payments)
Root Cause: Payment is processed on Hybrid Payments but not reflected on Dogtopia Hub due to terminal not receiving the response back within 2 minutes.
Workaround: Since payment has been processed and received via NMI - Stores can process Store credit like this one to compensate for the failed transaction.
1. Go to affected Account
2. Create Store Credit Account
3. Add the transacted amount
4. Process the payment using Store Credit
Permanent Fix: Timeout has been increased to 2 mins
