Symptoms
Some generated invoices have populated CC Recipients fields, while others have an empty CC field.
Findings
For Recurring Invoices, the Email CC Recipients (fw1__Email_CC_Recipients__c) field on the recurring invoice record determines whether CC recipients are carried over to the generated invoice.
If Email CC Recipients is populated on the recurring invoice record, its value is automatically copied to the CC Recipients (
fw1__Email_CC_Recipients__c) field on the generated invoice when the invoice is created.If Email CC Recipients is blank on the recurring invoice record, the CC Recipients field on the resulting invoice will also remain blank.
Summary
The difference in CC fields between invoices is expected behavior and depends on whether the corresponding CC recipient information was populated on the recurring invoice record at the time the invoice was generated.
